Camryn Cook is Cosmos Student of the Week

Monday, May 5, 2014 - 4:32pm

Camryn Cook loves Science but also loves dancing, playing softball and even enjoys hunting deer with her dad.

Her mother's job as a nurse inspired her to become a Neonotologist.

But after memorizing all of about 200 bones in the human body she's also thinking about becoming an Orthopedic Surgeon.

She recently created a Boomilever for a Science Engineering project.

It's the latest proof of her diligence and innate love for science.

"when you're building it, you have to measure everything the same, it has to be really precise, and you gotta focus on what you're doing or you're gonna mess up."

That's our cosmos student of the week.

Nominate your own science star and don't forget to watch Cosmos Sunday nights at 8.
