Perfect Ending for 15-0 Parkview

Following last year’s first round playoff exit, the Parkview Eagles made perfection their goal for 2007.
“Coming off a hard loss in the playoffs first round the seniors sat down and decided that this was going to be our year," senior quarterback Bryant Voth said. "It was going to be our last run and we were going to definitely do our best to make the most of it."
Now the Eagles are the Class 3A state champions with a 15-0 record. While it wasn’t always pretty, Parkview found a way to win, the same way they had all season, making it their fifth come-from-behind victory.
“We were down by two touchdowns it was kind of like we have been there before," head coach Kenny Guillot said. "The main thing about me is that I'm looking at the clock. If there's time on the clock, we've got a shot."
“We just needed a momentum swing and in second half we came out strong," senior safety Brennon Brignac said. "Once we got it into the offense's hands, they would turn it on."
Hoisting a state title trophy into the air on the floor of the superdome wasn’t the only thing that made this event truly special.
"It topped it all off by being able to celebrate with your friends and having them be able to come out and support you," senior fullback Brant Legendre said.
"They followed us on the road no matter how far," Voth said. "They stayed with us and we owe a lot of things to them. They supported us no matter what."
