With New Year’s Eve just around the corner, the Shreveport Police Department would like to take this opportunity to remind everyone NOT to fire guns into the air in celebration of the New Year.

A four-wheeler accident led to the death of a young teen in Harrison County on Christmas Eve. At 10:45 p.m., emergency crews were dispatched to the 4300 block of Cooks Road on reports of an ATV accident on private property.
