Bossier City appoints new police chief

BOSSIER CITY - Bossier City has named a new police chief. The Shreveport Times reports Mayor Lorenz "Lo" Walker announced Sergeant Patrick McWilliams will be the new head of the department. McWilliams is a detective with the city's violent crim
