SHREVEPORT - The U.S. Census forms started to hit mailboxes across the nation today.
The count will be used to divvy up congressional seats and more than $400 billion in federal aid.
States in the south and west could lose the most because of higher population of Hispanics and young adults, who are least likely to fill out the form.
