Shreveport, La — A Shreveport woman is behind bars after allegedly trying to murder her boyfriend last week.

Police say Abeni Craig, 28, shot Kevin Wright, 21, during a domestic dispute on the 1700 block of Alma Street. She is charged with one count of attempted second degree murder and one count of convicted felon in possession of a firearm. He was taken to a local hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
