Shreveport woman accused of knowingly infecting man with HIV

Shreveport police have arrested a woman and charged her with knowingly infecting a person with HIV.

Andria Johnson, 31, of Shreveport,  was taken into custody July 24, after a man she had sex with tested positive for HIV.

The man told Shreveport Police he got tested after learning Johnson had the virus.

Johnson was arrested and charged following an investigation by the Shreveport Police Sex Crime Unit. Her bond is set at $25,287.50
