Shreveport — A Shreveport teen was injured Monday night after a man fired shots into a west Shreveport house.
Authorities tell KETK at around 10:35 p.m., officers were called to a home in the 4100 block of Ester Street to a shooting. When police arrived, they found a 17-year-old man suffering from a wound to his lower left leg. The teen was treated at the scene by the Shreveport Fire Department.
Detectives learned the victim was standing outside of the house when a man described as a black male, 5' 10" to 6' 1",l wearing a white muscle shirt, blue shorts and a black hat began firing shots. The suspect left the scene of the crime before officials arrived.
