McAllen Police confirm that seized cards are fraudlent

Police in McAllen, Texas, have arrested two people who had fake credit cards in their possession.

Police say Daniel Guardiola-Dominguez and Mary Carmen Garcia were found with 96 cloned or counterfeit credit cards.

Both Guardiola-Dominguez and Garcia were arrested at the Anzalduas International Bridge that connects the United States and Mexico.

McAllen Police Investigatiors along with the assistance of field agents of the Secret Service McAllen Office determined that the cards seized from Daniel Dominguez Guardiola and Mary Carmen Vaquera Garcia on Sunday are fraudulent.

These fraudulent cards included accounts from the following institutions:

  • Target National Bank
  • Ohio University Cred Union, Inc.
  • Bank of America, National Association
  • Citibank, N.A.
  • ING Bank FSB
  • USAA Federal Savings Bank
  • International Bank of Commerce
  • Lone Star National Bank
  • Frost Bank
