Bossier City, La (KMSS) — Not even open yet, Bossier City's Margaritaville Resort Casino is already a major employer in the area, something CEO Paul Alanis is very proud of. He and his staff worked long hours ensuring that the 1,400 people they hired were the perfect people for the job.
Not only was attention paid to hiring, it was also paid to the building itself. From a lava water fall in the par, to pine trees paying homage to Shreveport/Bossier, no detail was spared in Margaritaville's quest to make the new resort paradise for visitors and guests.
Judging from guests reactions, Margaritaville found paradise. Just walking in the lobby, guests were wow-ed by the grandeur of the resort. Some went on to try food, impressed by items like oatmeal raison cookies and the Diablo Burger in the restaurant, but others were more excited to try out the slots.
Regardless of the reasons for visiting, Margaritaville is excited that visitors are excited about "wastin' away again in Margaritaville."
