Shreveport police have issued an arrested for warrant for the man they believe shot and killed a local woman last week.

Investigators are charging Rickey Darnell Williams, 18, with one count of second degree murder in the death 27-year-old Jasmine Hall. Hall was found with a gun shot wound to her upper torso just after 10:30 p.m. on Friday, July 20, outside of a home in the 300 block of Boulevard Street. She was taken to a local hospital where she later died.

Authorities tell KETK they believe Brandon Reed, 24, who is the husband of Jasmine Hall, was allegedly involved in a fight with Williams over drugs when Williams pulled out a gun and fired the shot that hit Hall.

Williams’ bond is set at $250,000 and police are asking anyone who has any information regarding his whereabouts to contact Shreveport-Caddo Parish Crime Stoppers at 318-673-7373 or www.lockemup.org Booking photo courtesy of the Bossier City Police Department.
