Natchitoches Parish Sheriff’s deputies, along with personnel with the Natchitoches Parish Coroners office, are investigating what now appears to be a double homicide in Campti, LA.
According to Natchitoches Parish Sheriff Victor Jones Jr., deputies found Stanley Brimzy, 32-years old, dead from a possible gunshot wound just after 2 a.m. Thursday morning.
Shortly before noon, pedestrians on the railroad track, a distance from the first homicide scene, found the body of a second victim. Sheriff Jones says the second victim, not yet identified, was also found with a gunshot wound.
