Caddo Parish, LA — All offices at the Caddo Parish Courthouse will be closed for All Saints Day November 1 except for the Caddo Sheriff’s Office.

Anyone entering the Courthouse must enter from the Texas Street entrance. The Milam Street entrance will be closed.
