Braveheart, the puppy found locked and chained inside a storage unit in September 2013, heads back to court tomorrow morning. Or at least his accused abuser and original owner, 31 year old Gabriel Lee will.

Lee has been in court twice for pre-trail hearings as he faces felony animal abuse charges. Both times in court, he arrived late, and both times, lost his temper, pushing one of our female reporters.

Braveheart's new family, Bo and Ronda Spatero, feel that's indicative how how serious he is taking this felony charges.

The Spateros are asking all of Braveheart's supporters to come to the Caddo Parish Courthouse Wednesday morning at 9:30 to show both Lee, and the Assistant District Attorney that citizens are fed up with animal abuse, and want accused abusers to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
