Bossier Sheriff Julian Whittington says agents with the Bossier Combined Narcotics Task Force of the Bossier Sheriff’s Office and Bossier City Police Department arrested two Thursday evening at the Parkland Villa Apartments in Bossier City for production of three active meth labs.

Agents arrested Brenda Brown, 39, of Bossier City, on one count of possession of marijuana and one count of distribution/manufacturing with intent to distribute Schedule II controlled dangerous substance (methamphetamine). Also arrested was Matthew West, 26, of Shreveport, on one count of possession of marijuana and one count of distribution/manufacturing with intent to distribute Schedule II controlled dangerous substance (methamphetamine). Brown and West were booked into the Bossier Maximum Security Facility, bonds pending.

The Bossier Combined Narcotics Task Force comprises agents of the Bossier Sheriff’s Office and the Bossier City Police Department.
