Shreveport, La — Authorities need your help catching a man who broke into an east Shreveport school earlier this month.
At around 4:00 p.m. on July 18, officers were called to a reported burglary at Broadmoor Middle Laboratory School in the 400 block of Atlantic Avenue. When police arrived, a school staffer showed them surveillance images of a man who had broken into the school at about 10:00 the night before. The intruder apparently entered the building by tampering with a door, then roamed about rooms and hallways before leaving the scene. Broadmoor Middle School officials reported they could find nothing missing.
The man is described as a white male with brown hair, wearing a blue tank top, dark shorts and dark tennis shoes. Anyone with any information regarding the identity of this burglar is urged to contact Shreveport-Caddo Parish Crime Stoppers at 318-673-7373 or www.lockemup.org
