2 dead in helicopter crash near Seattle's Space Needle

A helicopter crashed Tuesday morning near the Space Needle in Seattle, killing two people and critically injuring another, the Seattle Fire Department said in a tweet.

Firefighters and police were responding, and the street contained at least two damaged cars.

The crash appeared to be on Broad Street, near the city landmark, police said.
