Shreveport Police have arrested two men; after a dirty look in a fast food restaurant led to shots fired.

Just after 10pm Thursday night, police responded to a call of shots fired at the Southfield Apartments in the 100 block of Southfield Road. They arrived quickly and arrested two brothers at the scene. Donald Nelson was arrested for illegal use of a weapon and his brother Eddie was charged with convicted felon in possession of a fire arm.

Police spokesperson said that a dirty look at a restaurant led to words being exchanged which ultimately led to shots fired.

No one was injured during this shooting.

This is the second time police have been called to the apartment complex in the past week. Over the weekend, 3 men were arrested during an attempted armed intrusion using an assault rifle. Police do not believe the two incidents are related.
