A Shreveport woman was arrested for using her roommate’s ATM card while the roommate was in jail at the Caddo Correctional Center.
Keisha Dorsey, 30, visited her roommate at CCC on December 9. The roommate released her property to Dorsey and requested that Dorsey obtain a bail bond company to secure her release. Dorsey found the victim’s ATM card and started making charges without the victim’s permission. Dorsey spent $674 of the victim’s money and never secured a bond for her roommate.
Dorsey was arrested by Caddo Sheriff’s Sgt. Chris Bane and booked into the Caddo Correctional Center for unauthorized use of an access card.
