UPDATE- Clairborne Parish Sheriff Ken Bailey confirmed that they received the full toxicology results for Ruby Wafer earlier this week.
The toxicology report came back 'clean,' which means that no substances were found in her system.
They will continue to treat the case as a homicide, and further along the murder investigation for Ruby and her son, who was also found drowned.
The sheriff would not elaborate on whether or not they have any leads or suspects thus far.
No other information is known at this time, but KMSS will bring you updates as more information becomes available.
Claiborne Parish Sheriff Ken Bailey confirms a body found Sunday afternoon has been positively identified through an autopsy.
The body was found Sunday afternoon behind an abandoned store on Highway 2 in Claiborne Parish. Officials sent the body to Little Rock, Arkansas for an autopsy, where they identified the woman as 19-year-old Ruby Wafer.
Wafer's one-year-old baby was found 2 weeks earlier in a creek near their home in Claiborne Parish, about 2 1/2 miles southeast of Homer, Louisiana.
The cause of death is unknown at this time and the investigation has yet to determine if foul play was involved.
