Shreveport police promoting three officers

Shreveport Police Chief Willie Shaw will promote three officers Thursday.

The officers receiving the promotion are Kimberly Anderson, Daniel Atkins and Anthony Rei.

All three will be promoted from a corporal to sergeant.
