A Shreveport man was arrested Thursday for damaging a former girlfriend's property.
Cluren James Cohn, III, 26, went to a former girlfriend’s residence in the 200 block of Whispering Pines in Haughton and cut the sofa, loveseat, chair and bed. He then broke several items in the house.
Cohn also admitted to burning a pair of pajamas that he had bought for the victim. Cohn says he damaged the property because the victim broke up with him and told him she was with a new man.
Cohn was booked into the Bossier Maximum Security Facility.
He is charged with simple criminal property damage. His bond was set at $5,000.
