A Shreveport man was arrested Tuesday afternoon after taking money from two stores without refunding the businesses.

Deputies took into custody 38-year-old James after an investigation.

The Bossier Sheriff’s Department has two 2009 reports where Graphia committed the same offense, but refunded the funds before charges were filed.

Graphia was booked into a Bossier jail. His bond is set at $10,000.
