Bossier Sheriff Larry Deen says a Princeton man was arrested Thursday morning for improper telephone communications.
41-year-old Douglas Elvin Small, of Princeton, was arrested after he became intoxicated and repeatedly called his ex-girlfriend, even though she told him to stop. Deputies say Small told her he was on his way to her house to cut her head off and kill her “crazy” mother. Small also said the gun that was leaning against his wall was “looking better all the time.”
Small repeatedly cussed at his ex on the phone and he called her three more times after the deputy arrived at her home. During each call, the victim told Small to stop calling. She said Small had recently attempted suicide and she was afraid of him due to his recent behavior and intoxication.
