Police need your help to identify bank robbers

The Shreveport Police Department needs your help to identify bank robbers that have hit local Chase Bank branches over the past few months.

Multiple Chase Banks have been hit by robbers since December, particularly within the last few weeks.  Investigators have found similarities between incidents including clothing, handguns and possibly the same vehicle in at least two of the four robberies, said Sgt. Jim Taliaferro of the Shreveport Police Department.

Although investigators cannot positively say that the robberies are all related, some evidence leads them to believe so.  "The suspects are all black males, dressed in all black clothing right down to the gloves," described Sgt. Taliaferro.

Police caught one suspect connected to the Chase Robbery on Freestate on March 15.  Authorities say Joshua Hall drove off from the scene in a green sedan described as the same make as the silver Honda used as an escape vehicle in two other robberies.

Authorities encourage any witnesses to come forward with information regarding any or all of the Chase robberies.  If you have any information, you are urged to call Crime Stoppers at (318) 673-7373.
