Man arrested in triple homicide of brothers
Sheriff Steve Prator says a man allegedly murdered three brothers late Monday night in southwest Caddo Parish because of a “video gaming box”.
Sheriff Prator added his deputies arrested 33-year old Marcus Donte’ Reed of the 3000 block of Hoyte Dr. for the murder of the boys identified as; Gene Adams, 13, Jarquis Adams,18 and Jeramiah Adams, 20.
Reed was pointed out by witnesses at a house on the 9500 block of Keatchie-Marshall Road, near LA Hwy 169- where the boys bodies where found in a Chevy Malibu.
Reed is believed to have shot the Adams brothers' car with a Chinese assault rifle numerous times, when he was hiding in the woods that surrounds a house where Reeds’ girlfriend lived.
Reed is charged with three counts of first-degree murder.
