BATON ROUGE, LA — The House of Representative is talking about the state budget today. They're trying to decide if they should use one-time money to help fund certain areas (primarily DHH and higher Ed.)

Right now in the proposed budget, they've put $269 million in one time money into the budget, but they've also got a $219 million deficit from this year.

Representative Fanning says every agency, except DHH, will face cuts if the budget passes as is.
