Police have identified the gunman in a weekend shooting that took place in Shreveport.
The incident happened at around 3:45 p.m. on Saturday, in the 2700 block of Amherst Street at Shreveport's Sunset Acres neighborhood.
Officials say the gunman is 23-year old Jermey Jackson. He allegedly shot 28-year Tyrone Youngblood, of Shreveport, several times following an argument.
Jackson is accused of pulling the firearm and shooting several times at Youngblood before leaving the scene in a maroon colored vehicle.
Investigators have issued warrants for the arrest of Jeremy Jackson, charging him with attempted second degree murder and possession of a firearm.
