Monday, February 6, 2012 - 3:33pm

An elderly woman crashed her car  through a Shreveport Sherwin-Williams entrance after she confused her accelerator with the brake.

The manager of the store, located in the 300 block of E. Bert Kouns Industrial Loop,  tells KMSS, it happened around 2:30 p.m. when an 89-year old driver stepped on the gas, instead of the brake in the parking lot.

Minor damage was done to the property.

No one was injured in the accident.

The woman is expected to be cited for no insurance. It's unclear if any other charges will be filed.
