BATON ROUGE, LA  — Head Coach Sean Payton and General Manager Mickey Loomis were not in attendance today at LSU's pro day as they normally are.

Several Saints coaches and representatives were on hand, but Payton and Loomis were not.

The two were suspended by the NFL for their knowledge of the bounty program the saints ran for several seasons.

FOX44 caught up with LSU Head Coach Les Miles for his take on how the Saints can move forward.

"However they can manufacture the right thing, for those people delayed from participation for the year, I’m sure they are going through all those what do we need to do situations,” he said. “I’ve never seen a penalty as severe as that"

Miles went on to say if he does reach out to Sean Payton he would be very much in support of the Saints head coach.
