One year after arson destroyed the Shreveport Regional Arts Council headquarters in Princess Park, the group celebrated its new home.
The former headquarters for the city's fire department built in 1922, will become the center for an ambitious arts district in the downtown area. The center for the new seven block arts district will be renovated for $4.7 million
