Under a new state law, the Hope Clinic for Women in Shreveport was ordered Friday to stop performing abortions.

The Louisiana Health Department prohibited the clinic because of concerns they failed to properly document each physician's examination prior to a procedure.

Officials for the clinic say they are regularly inspected by the state and have met state requirements for the past 7 ears.
