5 teens arrested in Bossier City robberies
An investigation into multiple armed robberies that happened over the past few months has led to the arrest of five Bossier City teenagers.
Detectives arrested 18-year old Martin Lane Kemp Jr., 17-year old Xavier Devonte Holloway, two 16-year old males and a 15-year old male in connection with half a dozen armed robberies that occurred from July through September, primarily in vicinity of the Old Bossier neighborhood.
Detectives arrested the first two teens, Kemp and one of the 16-year olds, on September 25 just a few hours after two separate armed robberies and two separate attempted armed robberies that took place in the vicinity of Edwards and East Third Streets and in the 500 block of Coleman Street involving several suspects.
Detectives arrested the three other suspects in the course of their investigation over the past ten days. All are charged in connection with the September 25 incidents and other recent armed robberies that happened over the past three months.
The names of the three juvenile suspects cannot be disclosed per Louisiana law since they are minors.
