Christina was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. She graduated from Texas Christian University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. During her time at TCU, She worked as a sports reporter and anchor for the school’s news program, as well as a manager for the TCU Men’s Basketball Team.

Before joining the KMSS news team as a general assignment reporter, she interned with the Dallas Cowboys’ television department and worked an associate producer for Texas Cable News in Dallas, Texas.

Christina first realized she wanted to be a reporter after taking journalism classes in high school. It was after acting and dancing in theatre that she realized she wanted to be in front of the camera. From there she has danced and acted her way into numerous commercials and productions.

In her spare time Christina enjoys reading, writing and spending time with her friends and family. You can also catch her going out to see the latest movie (action is her favorite!).

This is Christina’s first time living in Shreveport. She looks forward to meeting new people and learning about the sites and sounds of the city.
